Hailey Davis grew up in West Frankfort, Illinois. She graduated from Frankfort Community High School in 2017. She earned her Bachelor of Arts Degree in Political Science from University of Missouri-St. Louis in 2022. She graduated with a Juris Doctor degree from Saint Louis University School of Law in 2025. She is licensed to practice law in the state of Illinois and she practices creditor’s rights law.
